So diabetes, heart disease, etc are not a big deal? How about the dramatic rise in health care costs that will come from an ever increasing obese population.
No one who is overweight or obese is happy with themselves and if they say that they are they are lying. Just get some regular exercise, eat clean 80% of the time and you'll be fine. People just want an excuse to let themselves go.
