Technical Difficulties On Locals
UPDATE: (4:26pm)
Locals Tech Support has gotten back to me and they are aware of the system-wide issue and have their folks working on it. I'll let you know when everything is running like normal.

Locals is presently having technical difficulties with the uploading of pics/memes and long form videos. I have contacted them and I'm waiting for a response. They are normally very good and the issue should be resolved later today. I will keep you posted on the progress.
